01. The Diva's Decree(Terms of Service)
Welcome to the stage. By entering this Digital Residency, you agree to become part of the performance.
1. Acceptance of the Scroll
By accessing misslitataylor.com, you acknowledge that you are a guest in our theatrical kingdom. These terms govern your interaction with the scripts, the stage, and the star herself. If you do not agree with these decrees, you are kindly asked to exit stage left.
2. The Inner Circle (Member Accounts)
Access to certain backstage areas requires registration. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials. Any unauthorized "guest appearances" under your account are your sole responsibility.
3. The Crown's Property
All content, including but not limited to photography, video, music, and "The Script" itself, is the intellectual property of Miss Lita Taylor and J2 DevStudio. Unauthorized duplication or distribution is equivalent to interrupting a solo—forbidden and legally actionable.
4. Conduct in the Theatre
We maintain a standard of excellence. Harassment, hate speech, or disruptive behavior within the platform's social features will result in an immediate and permanent "closing night" for your account.
02. Your Privacy, Our Stage(Privacy Policy)
In this theatre, the spotlight is on the artist, not on your personal data.
1. Information We Capture
We only collect what is necessary for the performance: your email address for the "Backstage Access" newsletter, and basic profile info for the Inner Circle. We do not sell your data; we aren't that kind of show.
2. The Digital Stagehands (Cookies)
Our stage utilizes cookies to remember your preferences—like the Audio Player volume and your login state. These "stagehands" are silent, efficient, and respect your boundaries.
3. Security Protocls
We use industry-standard encryption (TLS/SSL) to protect your data as it travels backstage. While no digital fortress is impenetrable, we guard your information with the intensity of a lead performer's dressing room.
03. The Boutique Cabinet(Merchandise)

1. Future Commercial Activities
While our boutique is currently under curtain, future offerings will include limited-edition apparel, digital scripts, and physical memorabilia. All purchases will be subject to specific Shipping and Return policies to be published at the time of launch.
2. Product Availability
As with any theatrical residency, artifacts are limited and finite. "Out of stock" means the performance has ended; we cannot guarantee restocks for exclusive diva-tier merchandise.
04. Box Office & Billing(Payments)
Secure transactions for the modern connoisseur.
1. Payment Processing
Future financial interactions will be handled by secure third-party processors (e.g., Stripe). We do not store your full financial details backstage; we only retain the necessary confirmation to fulfill your order.
2. Taxes & Surcharges
Applicable taxes based on your location will be calculated at checkout. There are no "hidden surcharges" here—we believe in radical transparency.
All future payment systems will be fully encrypted and compliant with PCI-DSS standards to ensure your financial script remains strictly private.
